SCOTTVILLE MAIN STREET NEWS
101 N. Main Street was recently purchased and will begin it's transformation into the McMaster Professional Center and house three residential apartments. Look forward to more construction in downtown Scottville!
The S. Main Streetscape
project will begin this spring and be finished by fall 2012. There is still time to
purchase a brick paver to be placed downtown Scottville commemorating you, your
family or a loved one.
The 2010 Facade Grant received final approval from the State and construction has already started on Charlie's Bar & Jason's Main Street Market, soon construction will begin on Scottville Senior Center, and the rear facade of the CARR Communications building. Look forward to many months of construction & progress & please be sure to thank the owners of these properties for their continued support and investment in downtown Scottville.
The Rental Rehab project at Charlie's Bar has been completed. The apartments look great and we held an open house for the public to see the final product. These apartments would be great for college students, young professionals or independent seniors looking to live in downtown Scottville.
